🏡 The space Our spacious 3-bedroom apartment spans the second and third floors of a classic Portland building, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a twin trundle (perfect for children), luxury bedding, and plush pillows. A second queen bedroom sits just off the living room, and the third loft bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase and includes another queen bed in a cozy, artful setting. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, toaster, and cookware, then gather at the handmade farmhouse table with seating for up to 8. For entertainment, enjoy a 55” Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and more. ☕ Coffee & extras Coffee lovers will appreciate a variety of brewing options including a Mr. Coffee machine, French press, and Moka pot. We also provide coffee, tea, sugar, and honey. Need groceries? You’re just steps away from a local co-op across the street offering fresh produce, bread, coffee, ice cream, and other Maine-made goods. 🧺 Laundry & essentials A full-size washer and dryer are available in the bathroom, with laundry detergent provided. We also stock towels, hand towels, washcloths, and basic toiletries for your stay. A Pack and Play is available for those traveling with small children.

Other Details to Note

As a pet-friendly Airbnb listing, we welcome guests to bring their furry friends along with them on their trip to Portland, Maine. However, we do ask that guests please do not leave their pets unattended at the property, for their own safety and comfort. If necessary, we request that guests crate their pets when they are not able to supervise them. There is a one-time pet fee of $250. This is to cover additional wear and tear on the property. Pets are not aloud on furniture, including beds, chairs, couches, etc. If we find evidence of this, a minimum $500 fine will be charged to the guest . Please note that pets are not to be left alone in the property, and we kindly ask that they are well-behaved so as not to disturb other guests. Our goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all of our guests, including those with pets, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us to achieve this goal. Heat pumps provide heat and air conditioning to keep you comfortable throughout your stay.

House rules

Please no parties, we have long term tenants on the first and third floor of the building. We also have neighbors that are close by. For this reason, please be respectful of your noise level (especially during night time hours.) Quiet time is from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Please do not use the patio space on the first floor, this belongs to the first floor tenants. You are welcome to use your own private deck on the second floor. Please respect the privacy of our tenants and do not use the gate on the patio to exit the property, you should only be using the front door to enter and exit the building. If you are bringing a pet, they are not to be left alone in the property without the owner. Pets are not aloud on the furniture, which includes the bed, chairs and couches. An addition cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if we find evidence of this.

Perfect stay in Portland! The house was clean, comfortable and had everything you might need. We were able to walk everywhere in Portland and close to amazing food, coffee and shopping. Will definitely stay again!

We were a family of six and felt very comfortable. The Airbnb was spotless and looks exactly like the pictures. It is a great location and walkable to all restaurants in Portland. We loved it and would stay here again.

Find us

We offer one off street parking spot. The spot is to the left of the house if you are looking at the front of the house from the street. Please be careful of the corner of the house when pulling and and backing out of the driveway. Please use the front entrance to go in and out of the property. Do not go through the gate. Additional parking for the apartment is on street or in the various off-street parking garages & lots in the city. If you plan to park on the street, it’s not usually hard to find a spot close to the apartment. Below you will find some helpful resources regarding parking and getting around the city, you can find additional information on the city of Portland’s website. Free Parking: Although some streets have a 1 hour parking limit, all street parking is free after 6pm and free on Sundays. There is some free parking a little walk away on Cutter Street, below the Eastern Prom. Also, on the water side of Fore Street as it goes up the hill. Generally, there are side streets on Munjoy Hill that don’t have parking restrictions. Paid Parking: The off-street parking garages and lots are also very close and within walking distance. A few of the close garages include the Fore Street Garage, Temple Street Garage, One City Center Parking, and Casco Bay Parking. You can view a recent list of parking garages and lots on the Portland website. Getting Around: When getting around Portland, everything is very walkable. You can also easily take a short Uber ride to all corners of the city. The apartment is very central to the downtown. You’ll enjoy the convenience of being able to walk only a few blocks to reach the old port, the arts district, and the wharf.
